    Where to Stay On Nevis

Nevis hotels range from the primitive Hurricane Cove Bungalows to the mid-range Mount Nevis Hotel, to the expensive Four Seasons.  It is much more enjoyable and affordable to stay in one of the rental villas.  Ours, Calypso and Iris, are the best!  They offer stunning views of the sea and the beach below and beatiful sunsets from their spacious verandas (and from the beds), a pool, fully-equipped kitchens, large living rooms, and bedrooms with king-size beds. 

Our villas are located at Oualie Bay, overlooking Oualie Beach, one of the nicest and safest beaches on the island.  The secluded mile-long Lovers' Beach is around the corner, within a ten-minute walk.  The villas are two miles from the airport and six miles from Charlestown, the island's center of government and commerce.

Villa Calypso has two apartments, Upper Calypso and Lower Calypso, which can be rented separately.  Or rent the whole house at a discount. Villa Iris is for a couple or a family; it has a separate suite on the lower floor. The rental rates are below.

Upper Calypso

This is our largest and most luxurious apartment; sleeps 4-6.  Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom; large living room with kitchen and dining area, half-bath.  A queen-size sleeper couch in the living room.  Large veranda with sunset views.

Lower Calypso

Sleeps 2-4.  One king-size bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining area.  Large veranda with sunset views.

Upper Iris

Sleeps 2-3.  One bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining area and sleeper couch, large veranda with sunset views and nice breeze.

Lower Iris

Sleeps 1-2.  One bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom, living room with a table and two chairs and a kitchenette, patio with a table and four chairs.

Available to rent separately or both Upper and Lower together.

Calypso and Iris have WI-FI and are fully equipped with linen and towels, pots and pans, microwave and other small appliances. The villas share the laundry room with washer and dryer, the swimming pool, a gas grill, and other amenities.  Maid service is available for a nominal fee.
